The Pentagon Chapter & the Fairfax County Park Authority welcome the Flint Hill School Environmental Club as we install 8 new wood duck boxes at Waples Mill Meadow Park in Oakton, VA on Saturday, February 25th. This is a new project for all of us and we are excited to continue our commitment to youth in conservation and GreenWings and increasing duck nesting in the area. We plan to meet at 09:00 AM on the 25th at the Waples Mill Meadow parking lot. Any questions, please contact Matt Ferry at (240) 401-1216 or at matt.g.ferry@gmail.com. We look forward to building a new relationship and starting a new partnership with the Flint Hill School and invite any others interested in the annual duck cycle to join us.
