The funds raised at our event help to conserve wetlands and critical habitat for our migratory waterfowl.  These wetlands also provide habitat for an abundance of other wildlife and environmental benefits including clean water and flood mitigation.  To date, DU has conserved 73,373 acres in Virginia and more than 15 million acres throughout North America.
