The shoot will consist of one round of 24 shooters. There will be 12 stations with 2 shooters per station. A total of 240 birds will be released. A valid Virginia hunting license is required and out of State non-residents can purchase a preserve license for $23. If would like to reserve one station and shoot with a specific attendee, please email your request to Eddie Alexander at edmundalexander@aol.com.

Cost: $300 per person. Other sponsorship and giving levels available.
Food: A fully catered hot meal.
Timeline:
· Arrive at Hunts shooting preserve by 8:30 AM
· Tower shoot begins promptly at 9 AM
· Positions rotate after each release of 20 birds to give everyone a chance at wind changes, flight patterns etc.
· A horn sounds just prior to release of each release of birds.
· Lunch at 11:30 AM with raffles, etc.
Suggested Equipment Needed:
· 3 boxes of 4, 6, or 7.5 shot loads – there will be 240 birds released!
· A modified barrel shotgun; may be unplugged
· A valid hunting license
· Blaze orange clothing; hat, vest, etc.
Misc.
· 4 guides with retrieving dogs will fetch the birds; outside dogs not permitted
· All birds harvested will be divided equally among the shooters.
· Either sex pheasants may be harvested.
