Format: Four-person Florida Best Ball; Proper golf attire, soft spikes only. 

Entry Fee: $1,000 per foursome* or $250 a single player*

*Includes green fees, carts, practice balls, lunch, award reception, and beverages. 

Deadline: October 29th, 2020 (Limit 120 players).
