- All State and Federal Laws apply. Winners must pass background check otherwise forfeit their prize to DU.
- Ducks Unlimited holds no liability for improper use of any firearm.
- Winners are responsible for any fees associated with transfer.
- Due to availability, DU may substitute a gun of equal value.
- Tickets and Prizes non-transferable and if not claimed within 30 days of winning will become property of DU.
- Winners will be notified by email/phone.
