Must be 21 years of age or older.
IL Residents must have a valid FOID card.
All State and Federal Laws apply. Winners must pass background check otherwise forfeit their prize to DU.
Ducks Unlimited holds no liability for improper use of any firearm.
Winners are responsible for any fees associated with transfer.
Due to availability, DU may substitute a gun of equal value.
Tickets and Prizes non-transferable and if not claimed within 30 days of winning will become property of DU.
Winners will be notified by email/phone.
All firearms will be handled and transferred through Piasa Armory, Alton, IL
