HOW TO MAKE A GROUP DISCOUNTED RESERVATION:
A group code, CA02K0, & reservation booking link, https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/CA02K0, take your guests directly to our hotel and to the group discount.
1. Your guests use the link, https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/CA02K0, right click on the link. Select Open Hyperlink & next comes up your group specific page to make a reservation.
1. Another way to make a reservation is to use Google or Google Chrome & go to the choicehotels.com home page & at the top click on "Groups". It will take you to another page & scroll down to 1/2 way down where it asks, "Already have a group code?" & Put in your group's code, CA02K0, which are the last six letters and numbers of the link. Next comes up your group specific page to make a reservation.
2. For room types, suites & dates outside the group block, your guests call the hotel directly at 843-856-8817 & ask for your group's name for the discounted rate. If the guest uses the phone number, 843-606-6363, posted on our website or found by searching online & selects #1 for a new reservation their call is transferred to Choice Hotels Reservations who sees only what is available via the reservation booking link. If guests, select #2 to our front desk, they are transferred to our hotel staff who can book room types, suites & dates outside the group block.

- There is a new phone number, 843-606-6363 posted on our choicehotels.com hotel website and your guests might find it by searching online. This phone number does not take a caller directly to our hotel unless they press #2 to be transferred to our front desk. If your guests select #1 for a new reservation their call is transferred to Choice Hotel call forwarding reservationists, who are able to make reservations for your group, but only for the room types and dates in your contract.
