RULES

• 90 Benelli Firearms to be raffled for the celebration of 90 years of conservation with Ducks Unlimited
• The Benelli Bonanza Raffle is sponsored by Region 6 Ducks Unlimited.
• Raffle entries are $100 each, only 3000 to be sold.
• The purchase of only one chance is required to enter the raffle.  
• Each ticket purchased will add the buyer's name a corresponding amount of times to the lot to be drawn from.
• Buyers must be 18 years or older. Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase a raffle chance or win a prize.  
• Ticket purchase receipts do not contain any valid raffle chance numbers.
• Winners will be notified following the drawing with further instructions to claim prize.
• All firearm regulations must be met before you can receive a firearm. Any winner failing to pass any relevant state or federal background check will forfeit their prize to Region 6 Ducks Unlimited.
• Firearms are inherently dangerous. Winners are responsible for safe usage, and must follow all laws, regulations and manufacturer’s instructions for safe firearms handling. 
• Ducks Unlimited holds no liability for improper use of a firearm.
• All prize winners are responsible for any fees (shipping, FFL transfer, taxes, etc.).
• All guns must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the notification is made.
• All unclaimed or 4473 denied firearms become the property of Region 6 Ducks Unlimited.
• Region 6 Ducks Unlimited reserves the right to modify any gun if needed based on manufacturer available inventory.
• Chances and prizes are non-transferable.
• Ducks Unlimited is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
• Buyers cannot choose which raffle chance numbers they receive.
• There will be no trades, substitutions, store credits or cash values given in lieu of listed prizes
