NW PA Gun Bash
Note: Only 300 ATTENDANCE TICKETS WILL BE SOLD!
All tickets will be sold online!
Additional non-attendance/winner need not be present tickets will be sold!
Rules:
1. All
State and Federal Laws apply
2. If the
background check cannot be passed the winner will be offered a
store
credit at Edinboro Outdoors for DU’s purchase price of the gun
3. Must
be 21 years of age to purchase a ticket
4. All
minors must be accompanied by an adult; Anyone under 21 years of
age must
have a ticket, purchased by an adult in that adult’s name, to use
for entry,
food and soft drinks.
5. Due to
availability a gun of equal value may be substituted
6.
Winners may substitute the gun for a store credit at Edinboro Outdoors for DU’s
purchase price of the gun
7. You
must be 21 years of age to consume beer
8. Need not
be present to win
9. All
firearms will be issued through Edinboro Outdoors
10. If
winner is not present, they will be notified by mail
11.
Winners are responsible for all background check and transfer fees
12. All
guns not claimed by September 1, 2021 become the property of Ducks Unlimited.
Should
COVID mass gathering restrictions force us to cancel the event, all gun raffles
will be done virtually on our YouTube Channel.
Proceeds
benefit Ducks Unlimited
Winners will be posted on OHPADU.com after June 28,
2021.
