NO IN PERSON EVENT ~ PHYSICAL CALENDAR WILL BE MAILED
• Calendar Raffle is sponsored by Maryland Ducks Unlimited.
• Calendars are $60.00 each (includes DU membership) and limited to 2500
calendars.
• The purchase of only one calendar is required to enter the raffle. Each calendar
constitutes an equal chance to win.
• All unsold calendars become the property of Maryland Ducks Unlimited.
• A gun image and description is printed on the calendar to be drawn every
Wednesday. The weekly winner receives the firearm printed on the calendar for
that week.
• Winning numbers will be based on the Wednesday evening drawing of the Maryland
Pick 4 Lottery, throughout the entire year of 2023.
• The winning number needs to be the exact number drawn (Straight) from 0000
through 9999 and there is no limit on the number of times a ticket can win.
• Weekly pictures of the guns may vary slightly from actual gun.
• Listed firearms may be subject to backorder. Winners may elect to substitute
firearms.
• A complete list of the guns is printed on the back of each calendar.
• Cash or personal checks are accepted for the sale of raffle calendars. Guns will not
be awarded until the check clears the bank. Checks returned NSF are subject to an
additional fee and disqualification from the raffle.
• Buyers must be 18 years or older. Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase a
calendar or win a prize.
• All firearm regulations must be met before you can receive a firearm. Any winner
failing to pass any relevant state or federal background check will forfeit their prize
to Maryland Ducks Unlimited.
• Firearms are inherently dangerous. Winners are responsible for safe usage, and
must follow all laws, regulations and manufacturer’s instructions for safe firearms
handling. Ducks Unlimited holds no liability for improper use of a firearm.
• Winners will be notified following the drawing with further instructions to claim
prize.
• No guns will be awarded until raffle number and money have been accounted for by
Maryland Ducks Unlimited.
• All prize winners are responsible for any fees (shipping, FFL transfer, taxes, etc.)
• All guns must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the notification is made.
• All unclaimed guns become the property of Maryland Ducks Unlimited.
• Maryland Ducks Unlimited reserves the right to modify any gun if needed based on
manufacturer’s available inventory.

• Tickets and prizes are non-transferable.
• Maryland Ducks Unlimited is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
• $1.25 of your annual membership will be applied to your one year subscription of
Ducks Unlimited magazine and is non-deductible from your annual membership
dues.
