Martin County DU Banquet

Due to inclement winter weather, the Martin County Ducks Unlimited Banquet originally scheduled for January 24, 2026 has been rescheduled to February 28, 2026.

 

At this time, our committee is actively navigating all required notifications and confirmations for the event’s logistics — including permits, insurance, security, venue coordination, food service, and other critical components — to ensure everything is properly secured for the new date. While our chapter’s mission is to raise funds for conservation, the safety of our volunteers, attendees, and committee members will always take priority.

 

Tickets & Sponsorships

1. All tickets and sponsorships purchased for the January 24 banquet will be honored for the February 28 banquet.

2. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you will have until February 6, 2026 to contact us regarding a refund.

3. If we have not heard from you by February 6, 2026, refunds can no longer be issued — but we are always happy to connect and discuss other options with you.

4. Tickets that have been reserved but not yet picked up or emailed will remain reserved until February 6, 2026. You must confirm by that date if you intend to keep your ticket for the new banquet date.

Please note: due to the volume of coordination required in a very short timeframe, we will not be responding to ticket or refund inquiries until January 23, 2026.

Events of this size require weeks of planning, and we are now working to realign all of those moving parts within just a few days. This takes time, focus, and priority — and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

As always, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, quality, and customer service. We refuse to let this minor setback change that commitment, and we are fully dedicated to making our 2026 Martin County Ducks Unlimited Banquet the best one yet.
