Hardin County Banquet

The Hardin County Kentucky Chapter of Ducks Unlimited will again host an appreciation banquet for all individual and corporate sponsors. Doors will open at 6:00pm and the main event is scheduled to be over by 8:30 but a half-hour social will follow if anyone wishes to stay.

    Each sponsor may bring one guest and each sponsor will be put in a drawing for over 25 items (both DU merchandise and miscellaneous sporting good/hunting merchandise).

    Two beer tickets will be given to each sponsor and their guest.  Dinner is available at the grill at sponsor’s expense. 

   If attending, several levels of sponsorship are available.  $250 is for Bronze Sponsor, $500 for a Silver Sponsorship and $1000 will get you a Gold or Corporate Sponsorship.

    On the local front, the Hardin County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited last year was able to raise over $14,000 for the DU Conservation efforts.  They hope this year to hit that mark and exceed it.

6-6:45 – Meet, Greet and Eat (food at own expense from Grill)

6:20-6:45 – Raffle

6:45 – 7:15 – Sponsor Drawing (25 FREE items)

7:15 – 7:30 Raffle

7:30 – 8:15 Live Auction

8:15 – 8:30 Raffle

8:30 – 9:00 – Raffle, Social Time and End of the Event
