Camp Fire Club and Ducks Unlimited Dinner for Conservation

Please join us for the first annual Camp Fire Club of America and Ducks Unlimited Sportsman’s Banquet at the stunning new addition to this unique and historic Club. You will enjoy a specially prepared meal with hors d’oeurves, a duck and beef main course and an open bar featuring bourbon and other spirits generously donated by Taconic Distillery.

The event will include a live and silent auction and several raffles, and will feature many fabulous travel and hunting opportunities, very special firearms and unique decoys, and many other sporting items of interest. Shooting will be available in the afternoon for those guests seated at any of the premium tables.

You will have an opportunity to visit with Ducks Unlimited’s CEO Adam Putnam as well as other DU staff and Regional Biologists, as well as many Club members.

On display will be a significant Duck Stamp Print Collection including the prize-winning James Hautmann original painting from two years ago.

The event will also feature a special “Sponsor Only” drawing featuring premium firearms being offered one for every 40 entries received. Additional entries will also be available for purchase at the event.

$600 - Single Attendance Ticket

$1,000 - Single Attendance Ticket

Includes the fabulous meal, open bar, two entries into the Sponsor raffle for premium firearms, and shooting on the hill*.

$6,000 - Conservation Table

Includes ten attendance tickets, ten entries into the Sponsor raffle for premium firearms, and a 65-qt. Yeti Cooler for the table.

$10,000 – Founders Tables

Choose from the Theodore Roosevelt, Gifford Pinchot, William T. Hornady, or Daniel Carter Beard tables. Each table includes ten attendance tickets, thirty entries into the Sponsor raffle for premium firearms, a 65-qt. $15,000 - Ernest Thompson Seton Table

Includes ten attendance tickets, forty-five entries into the Sponsor raffle for premium firearms, a 65-qt. *A Ducks Unlimited inspired clays competition on “The Hill” at The Camp Fire Club of America.

Competitors will be presented 50 clay birds all mimicking familiar flight paths of waterfowl from the Northeast. Shooters will try their hand at blazing black ducks, decoying pintails, flaring mallards, cruising canvasbacks, rising teal and crossing buffleheads all the while heeding the warden’s warnings; if not, negative points will be assessed. Awards will be presented at the dinner to the high score and runner up. Shoot at a Black Bear target at 100 yards, you will have the unique opportunity to shoot 5 rounds through the new Griffin & Howe .35 Whelen serial number 35000. The gun was designed to celebrate the 100th year of the founding of Griffin & Howe by Camp Fire Club member Col. Townsend Whelen.
