Welcome to this episode of the Virginia Ducks Unlimited Wildfowl Live Cooking Show and Online Auction with Hub and Tal!
During the last episode, Hub and Tal prepared some wonderful dishes including Goose Pastrami, "Money Stuffed" Dove Breast, and Spatchcock Teal paired with some great wines from Vivanco, Tenshen, and Parker Station.
Hub and Tal will be live from Hatteras Island, North Carolina for this episode and will bring to you some of their treasured seafood dishes and wine pairings unique to the island lifestyle.
The online auction is OPEN for bidding and closes at 10:00 pm (EST) on October 28, 2020.
