Montana law (MCA 23-5- 157) requires that all raffles and games of chance be paid for with cash, checks or debit card.

This raffle is restricted to residents of the state of the chapter holding the raffle.  All participants shall be over 18 years of age or as otherwise provided by law.  Void where prohibited.  By purchasing the raffle ticket, you certify you are a resident of the state of the raffle and of appropriate age to purchase the ticket.  

Winners....guns will be shipped to an FFL dealer near you. Any person who wins a gun must be able to pass the NICS background check within 30 day s of the drawing. Any handling fee required by the FFL will be the responsibility of the winner.

Winners will be called and posted on the Sweet Grass County Ducks Unlimited Facebook Page.
