3. Winners are responsible for any fees associated with transfer.

4. Due to availability, DU may substitute a gun of equal value.

5. Tickets and Prizes non-transferable and if not claimed within 30 days of winning will become property of DU.

6. Winners will be notified by email/phone.

7. Guns will be handled and transferred through designated FFLs.
