All State and Federal Laws apply; gun winners must pass background check otherwise forfeit their prize to DU.
Ducks Unlimited holds no liability for improper use of any firearm.
Winners are responsible for any fees associated with transfer.
Due to availability, DU may substitute a gun of equal value.
All firearms will be handled and transferred through Piasa Armory, East Alton, IL.
Must be 21 years of age to purchase ticket.
Anyone under 21 years of age must have a ticket purchased by an adult in that adult's name to use for entry, food, and non alcoholic beverages. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.
If winner is not present, they will be notified by phone/email.
Tickets and prizes non-transferable and if not claimed within 45 days of winning will become property of DU.
