  1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
  2. Must be an IL resident for Online Purchases.
  3. All State and Federal Laws apply.
  4. Winners are responsible for any fees associated with transfer. 
  5. Due to availability, DU may substitute a gun ofequal value.
  6. Tickets and Prizes non-transferable and if notclaimed within 30 days of winning will become property of DU.
  7. Winners will be notified by email/phone.
  8. Guns will be handled and transferred through designated FFLs.
