  1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
  2. Must be an IL resident for Online Purchases.
  3. All State and Federal Laws apply. Must have a Valid FOID card.
  4. Winners are responsible for any fees associated with transfer. 
  5. Due to availability, DU may substitute a gun of equal value.
  6. Tickets and Prizes non-transferable and if not claimed within 30 days of winning will become property of DU.
  7. Winners will be notified by email/phone.
  8. Guns will be handled and transferred through designated FFLs.
