Hagerman Valley Conservation Dinner and Bingo

Join us for a super fun evening for conservation.  It will be the traditional Hagerman Conservation Dinner with a twist. We are keeping much of the the traditional big raffles, games, and silent auction items, but we are adding Bingo for Guns and other prizes ro replace our live auction. Your $45 ticket inlcudes BBQ dinner by Grubbin BBQ, a door prize drawing for a gun, bottomless beer, and a $35 DU membership.  At the event we will have raffles, games, silent auction plus 10 rounds of bingo with a bonus bingo round.  If you have not played Bingo for guns, it is a blast with everyone having a chance to win.  We are offering reserved table options for you to invite your friends and have fun together.  Raffle tickets and Bingo cards are available for pre-purchase online, or at the event. Bingo cards purchased by Nov 29th will receive the Early Bird discounted price. There will be ten games of Bingo with an 11th Bonus round.  Bonus round cards sold separately.  We will have two winners per game with a gun prize for each 1st round winner, and a gun or other prize for each 2nd round winner.  

The Early Bird cut-off date is Nov 29th so we can plan meals and attendance. Ticket prices increase after Nov 29th.  Tickets purchased by Nov 29th will also be entered into the Early Bird drawing. We are also offering early bird discount on some bingo packages if purchased by Nov 29th
