Colorado DU Christmas Happy Hour

In light of gathering restrictions, The Denver Gala on Thursday December 10th, 2020 has been transformed into the Colorado DU Christmas Happy Hour!

THERE ARE THREE BIG COMPONENTS TO THIS EVENT -- here's what you need to know.

• Online Auction (Click to view and bid)

• Active NOW and runs until 8pm on 12/10.  This event features trips, guns, collectibles and more.  It even features a THREE gun 2021 gun-of-the year set.

• Online Raffle (Click to view and purchase)

• Featuring over $20K of guns and other merchandise.  Sales end Tuesday (12/8) at 8pm.

• Virtual Event (see below and register above).

• from 5:30pm until about 6:45pm on Thursday, 12/10.  There will be door prizes, cocktail mixing, trivia and other entertainment.  That's when we'll draw those amazing raffle packages too. 

·       Who: You and anyone anywhere who like entertainment, winning prizes and supports conservation.

·       What: Virtually connect for a DU Christmas Happy Hour party featuring these unbelievable raffle packages:


We'll also have:

• cocktail-making led by a Laws Whiskey mixologist,
  
• door prizes, including a Beretta A400 12 gauge autoloader

• special guest appearances
• even DU trivia questions for a chance to win more prizes.
  

·       When: Thursday, December 10th, beginning at 5:30 pm, we expect it to end around 6:45pm. (5:30-5:45pm will be the connecting window, and activities and drawings will start at 5:45pm).

·       Where: Your home, your hunting club, or wherever you want to be; you just need internet access.

·       How: 

• If you only want to watch and be eligible for door prizes, just register for the event (buttons above).  You will also get/renew your DU membership with this purchase.  Door prizes include a Beretta A400 12ga shotgun of the year.
  
• If you want to purchase raffle packages click the following buttons. These raffle packages are so awesome, they must be purchased in advance -- sales end at 8pm on Tuesday, 12/8.  (Hint: you really want to be part of this).

• Of course, if you want to be eligible for door prizes AND the raffles, you'll need to purchase both (via separate transactions per raffle rules).

You MUST be connected and watching to win door prizes and participate for trivia prizes; you do not have to be connected or watching to win any of the raffle packages.

Why:  DU is still actively pursuing our conservation mission and participating in these events and raffles helps dozers keep moving dirt, easements being created, and habitat being saved.  Plus: you really like winning guns and other stuff.  Our "All-in" package raffle  (above) has over $20,000 worth of guns and merchandise on it and you do not want to miss out!

What Else: Leading up to our event, there will also be an online auction featuring unique guns, bucket-list trips, original artwork, and other great gear the Denver event is famous for.  The online auction will open for bidding on December 7th and will end after the online event at 8:00pm on 12/10/2020.

In 2019, Downtown Denver Ducks Unlimited Sponsor Gala was the #1 event in Traditional Income for the entire nation but owning to gathering restrictions, this year, it's going to have to be different.
