- Must be an IL resident for Online Purchases
- IL Residents must have a valid FOID card.
- All State and Federal Laws apply. Winners must pass background check otherwise forfeit their prize to DU.
- By purchasing the raffle ticket, you certify you are a resident of Illinois and of appropriate age to purchase the ticket(s).
- Ducks Unlimited holds no liability for improper use of any firearm.
- Winners are responsible for any fees associated with transfer.
- Tickets and Prizes non-transferable and if not claimed within 30 days of winning will become property of DU.
- Winners will be notified by email/phone.
- All firearms will be handled and transferred through Curt Smith's Outdoors, Belleville, IL.
