  1. Winners Drawn in the Order Advertised.
  2. Must be 21 years of age or older.
  3. Must be an IL resident.
  4. All State and Federal Laws apply. Must have a Valid FOID card.
  5. Winners will be contacted by a Ducks Unlimited representative to discuss Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) location options for delivery. 
  6. Any transfer fees associated with the release of firearm at the assigned FFL dealer are the winner's responsibility.
