Must be an IL resident for Online Purchases.
All State and Federal Laws apply. Must have a Valid FOID card.
Winners are responsible for any fees associated with transfer.
Due to availability, DU may substitute a gun of equal value.
Tickets and Prizes non-transferable and if not claimed within 30 days of winning will become property of DU.
Winners will be notified by email/phone.
Guns will be handled and transferred through designated FFLs.
